Meet the Team
Liliya LiCari, House Manager
Liliya has been a nurse for 36 years working in a variety of settings, including city health
departments, rehabilitation long-term care facilities and private in-home nursing.
Most recently, she worked for the past 10 years as the Director of Nursing for a private senior home healthcare company in Somerset, New Jersey.
Her early career began in her home of Ukraine, where she was a nurse for 10 years. When she
came to the United States she went back to school and later received her Bachelors in Nursing
She has a passion for providing quality service and enjoys connecting with her clients on a
personal level to hear their stories and wisdom they have.
Liliya believes seniors deserve personalized attention with a focus on independence and is
delighted to work with the small-scale home resident community.
Kristina Cigler, Assistant Manager
Kristina is thrilled to be a part of the Lambertville Estate family! She will be working side by side with Liliya to provide a one of a kind experience for your loved ones.
Prior to the Lambertville Estate, Kristina has an extensive background in customer experience, staffing, and administrative attention to detail.
Kristina strives to make connections and be patient and thoughtful in all that she does. Kristina has an unbelievable passion for the senior population and can’t wait to get to know all of our residents and their families and make this house a home for you!
Don’t be afraid to let Kristina know what you need. As she says, 'My job is to make the magic happen, and it is truly “my pleasure” as you will always hear me say!'
'In my personal life I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, my cats and my family. When the weather is nice you can find me playing golf, gardening, and taking day trips. Welcome home!'
Niki Metzel, 'Live-in' Companion
Niki is our resident companion at the Lambertville Estate.
She resides here, in addition to our having our overnight staff.
Niki is a ‘salt of the earth’ being and is considered family to the Newells.
Niki is there to hang with our residents, play games with them and to bring youthfulness on a daily basis.
She played college basketball at Drexel University and played professional basketball in Germany in the 2020-2021 season. She is currently taking this season off.
No other ‘home’ has a Niki, we are super blessed and happy to have her as a part of the Lambertville Estate family!
